All items listed are IN STOCK and should ship immediately, unless noted with "pre-order".
We ship USPS to the United States. After the orders leave our warehouse, orders usually take between 3 to 10 working days to reach their destination, but may take up to 14 days.
Packages usually process and ship within 5 days out of our warehouse. We do email you a tracking number via the USPS delivery confirmation system.
An email notification is automatically sent when your order has been completed/shipped.

A 20 percent restocking fee is charged on all unopened refused and confirmed returned shipments.

A damaged product must be reported within 5 days of receipt or no product replacement will be issued.
Conditions:
The item must have been purchased from NewRealitiesOnline.com. The customer is required to provide a copy of the receipt. The item must be returned in its new or original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Careful packing of returned items is greatly appreciated. A damage return authorization number is required.
